I started zed ownership in Jan 2010.. With my lovely 2.8 :ymdaydream: still miss it.. had that untill Nov last year and then bought the car I had dreamed about for years =p~

I now think it would be very hard to not have a Zed on the drive.. There just isn't anything else like them..

as of the 28th of april i'll have had mine 6 months, allmost exactly 2 months after it'll be 15 years old. Been a fantastic car so far, only thing its needed is a serpentine belt and a new micro switch for the electric roof. Hasnt missed a beat otherwise. Was driving home last night, about 11pm, cool night air, roof down, nice exhaust note behind me and the silky smooth power delivery of the 2.8. Does motoring get better?

I got Zippy in 2001 when he was 2 years old and I've had 11 years of smiles and drives. I'm looking forward to 20+ more :D :coolsteer)

Have had ours just over 2 years, spent thousands on it from new wheels to uprated brake discs, full respray (dreaded stone chips) chrome hoops and the list goes onn n onn n onn, can not see swapping it for anything else apart from an M3 convert, but kim thinks they are too big so looks like zeddy is staying for the foreseable future. Done 22000 mile in those 2 years both here and abroad and going abroad again this year with her.

I've only had my Z3 3.0 for seven months now. Not a long period of time but, I've been to more cruises and carried out more mods on this car than I have any other. When I first drove the Z3 in anger I wasn't impressed with the handling but for me, the car was only half the attraction. The Zroadster community is unlike any other and that is why I've improved the Zed to remain part of it.

The old girl only has only done 40K, goes like the clappers, looks great, handles great and the cruises just seem to keep getting better so hopefully, I should have a good few more Zeddy years yet. :-bd

If you do a simple conversion Months = Inches mines a 12" er and getting longer by the day!

I polish it once a week and tell the missus that she can only take it out when she's insured ;) :-^
