well ive started the weekend of cleaning.

today,

cleaned engine bay, cleaned interior.

washed car, soft clayed car, washed car again.

sun

will polish car 2 coats, and wax car 2 coats

also wheels off.

im enjoying it, in between the rain!

im contenplating using meguires ultimate liquid wax instead of ag hd wax,

anyone used it?

update, ive read the reviews, and hd wax seems to be the best for long term durability.

yep...but im working till Thursday....and its having all its new bits put on...on Thursday....it will all have to be done after work @-)
 
I shall be up at sun rise and sorting Friday morning. It will most likely have a brief wash mid week, but given the works on Friday morning. Then of course, it will need a follow up when I get to the Horwood in the afternoon.

Need to try and get a new tyre at the start of the week, so the 18" wheels can go back on the car...

i will clean the car over this week, will then wait till I'm in place at silverstone for the last tickle.

Dont know what time one is allowed in the hotel on friday but will be arriving about 12-30pm, if you are aroung Gaz (and anyone else)we can meet up :steer2)
 
Mike's is intensively polishing her now, in the "Brilliant Sunshine", Liam. B-) That's why there's no-one on the forum, they'll all out 'elbow greasing' furiously #:-s

We have got the day off too and hope to leave about mid-day, Paul, so expected time of arrival 2.30 - 3pm, not sure when we can get in our room though :-?
 
That sounds a good time then folks. 2-30pm at the car park so we can pick the best spot. ;) #:-s
