All this trumpet blowing so don't drive behind me cos I'm a proud 2.25, that's why Gaz Hyde made me anchor man on the BMBabe&Rha birthday meet, he somehow knew I'm a Sunday (OAP) driver who just can't stand being overtaken, still got lost even though I knew the route.:coolsteer)" OAPs RULE ".:dog:

:hellsangels:(Yep the only thing I can't drive), my licence did cover
me for all groups except motor bike.
My only claim to fame is that I was one of the last to be tested on the London Transport double decker skid pan in 1975, wow!! Ask me about it next time you see me.

You're on, my lad, I will. Was that in the old Route master Roy? I have seen that on TV and it's a miracle how they didn't tip over.

Yep Tony Route master semi auto pre select.
I remember our school bus. It was a Leyland olympian. The gears were on the left of the driver on a little stick on the dash. There was no clutch. The driver used to let me change gear. I thought I was great! Christ he'd have got the sack looking back now.

Hi Grumpy, your school bus would have been semi auto, much nicer to drive than that old route master which was pre select, you had to decide which gear you thought you'd need next and select it, hit the gcp (clutch) when appropriate, crap until you'd driven it a few hundred miles, same as the ferret scout car I had already driven in the forces. Seems like we've high jacked this thread. :facepalm:Don't know how we've got away with it. Sorry pg didn't intend to.-----:sorry:.

Thanks Dave, sadly the cam in the Z3, I didn't format the card so we got zero from that but Bozzy may have something on his Due to the low light the camera struggled to keep sharp focus but it's not too bad.

So we did the run in silence for nothing then Tony. Pauline hates the sound of her voice on vids so she stayed quiet all the time.=))
