Hello fellow Zed fans,
I used to be a member of this forum many years ago but due to life circumstances over the past 15 years I’ve not been able to pursue my passion much of owning and driving my beautiful 2002 2.2 Sterling grey roadster. I used to be in the car club, I used to show my car, polish her til friends would say “you’ll polish the paint off that car you polish it so much”, I bought all the accessories from the USA for her, I used to know detailed spec, collected every bit of literature I could about her, I even used to know her chassis number off by heart and realised why men went crazy over a nice car once I owned one myself. I was really into my lovely Zed. She’s wasn’t just a car. She was a lifter of my spirits; a member of my family. But unfortunately she’s had to be in storage for life reasons so she’s not been driven much now, but I will never sell her and it warms my heart just to know she’s safe, she’s mine and one day maybe we will be reunited again. I wouldn’t swap my car for any other car in the world.
However, I’m rejoining now because she seems to be suffering a few probs. I will post soon about them but as I’ve just joined and been invited to introduce myself I thought I’d do this part quickly now whilst I had a moment.
Best wishes to all
Helen
