I have a couple of minor paint swirls......not very bad.....just annoying when you catch them in the right light

I've done the usual wash car, claying, prior to using hand polishes (you name it I've used it :() but the couple of swirls still remain :ymdevil:

Please can any one advise if the Halfords 240v Car Polisher (or similar priced product) is any good or a waste of time........I do not want to spend a lot of money just to remove a couple of paint swirls.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Is it the 2 handle one?

Cheers Mark...........do I recall you posting a 'how to' on rotary polishing your car?

To be honest I'm more concerned about damaging the paint work rather than living with couple of paint swirls.

Is it relatively safe to use?

Yes just keep it moving and you will be ok.

I will send you a guide on Friday if you message me your email.

A rotary is much better imho.

Mark

You need to keep it wet too?

Tony.

You should not use water, there is enough moisture in the product (oil based)

That's what I was hoping to discover.

Tony.

These halford polishers will not remove proper swirls.

much better off spending a bit more on a DAS6 etc
