@swamper, just had a look on realoem, the S50 ///M has a 23mm front ARB as stock, the 3.0 has a 25mm ARB as stock and the m-sport a 25.5mm ARB as stock, somewhere along the line BMW decided to uprate these it seems.
Would the increased castor on the ///M have perhaps have an effect on the ARB diameter?

Then just wondering if the ///M has more negative camber dialed in over the standard cars and if that affects the ARB used.

I have mine set on soft, front and rear, the difference out of the box was enough to leave them alone
Out of interest was that before or after you fitted the BC suspension?

Well mine was worse than that until the H&R and now it's flat, anyone who says their oem Zed is good handling never goes above 30mph IMHO...

I fitted the H&R ARBs to mine and felt a vast improvement, it was part of a massive overhaul though. Previously I found the car quite wallowy and snappy. Since fitting these the car is much more predictable and planted. I run them both on the soft setting. I would never run them hard on the front, it would push the mechanical balance too far forward. I've not driven it hard enough yet on a track to make any set up changes.

Ok Chazzy thanks for the reply.
Mines had a full suspension refresh and feels planted as it is...I reckon I'm just going to have to get a set and see how it goes
