gunmetal grey progress thread

OK so we may have the start of a new thread.
if all the stars line up work will be started on this little Zed to be ready for the summer.
iv always liked this colour and i think it has some great potential with the plans iv got for it.
I putting a deposit on it today after the inspection and i thought id take a few pictures for you guys.
the specs are.
M43 engine (as some of you know its my favorite)
gunmetal grey,
100 k on the clock.
OEM hoops.
heated seats.
brand new individual interior (red and black)
serviced regular.
new roof.
clear light lenses.
boot floor spot on.
no lifer noises.
no boot loom problem.
all electrics working.
it seems a good base to start from.

Looking at the condition mate, I guess most of your plans are going to be mechanical?

i dont want to do to much to it Tony...id forgot how nice they are to drive ...so easy...id rather keep it as a sports cruiser rather than harden it up.
but brakes and struts...you know the normal stuff
