Ah...no Jim....only if you haven't already commented....otherwise this could cost me a small fortune!
Best wishes for your swim. Take advantage of next weekend to load up with calories to keep you going.... it is a long way to swim in my book but some people (not me) can just keeps swimming all day.

With the help of all the great Zedders (and an extremely generous donation from my son.....I take back what I said about him being a lazy student!!) I have now raised £500. I will add what I promised for all your comments and let you know what the final amount is.
There are still two weeks to go so I'll be doing a few short training sessions. Now all I have to do is find the charger for my waterproof MP3 player which I have managed to put down somewhere in the house.
