Fitted the new deflector

Have had a perspex wind deflector since the car was new but this came up for sale for £50 it was described as new and when it arrived it came with the tenax fittings and even the original receipt from the dealer!!

Quite like the contrast of the black with the interior and like the oem look of it.

Unsure if to sell on the perspex one but think i prefer this

I think as with most things BMW the design on things is great.
As said i just like the OEM look to it it looks refined.

That looks spot on. Not a fan of the perspex ones to be honest, look to after market to me.

I think it is. We used to have ours on in the winter months ad then put the Perspex one on for the summer months and we did notice a difference

Just a H.K sub in mine but agree access would be fine with this unlike the perspex version

The OEM mesh ones are better, Me and @GazHyde did some extensive testing. Because of the small holes in the mesh it allows a small volume of air to pass through so the pressure build up is reduced.

Just a thought, could you not perforate the Perspex ones?
I still don't like them though.
