Done a reccy today of the run out on Sunday, all I can say is tomtoms Itinary planning is rubbish, spent hours inputing the roads I wanted to go on, but it still ignored them...
So this is a brief route planned for Sunday (Up to the lunch stop) Finger crossed as the roads I traveled today were brilliant..
1) Llanwddyn (Lake Vyrnwy) Stop on the Dam for piccys then around the Lake.
2)Llanfihangel-Yng-Ngwynfa (OK ime welsh but I havnt got a clue how you say it :-o )
3)A458, Llangyniew (this is the route that Peteslag recommends) viewtopic.php?f=30&t=387&p=4100#p4100
4) Llanfair Caereinion
5)Caersws
6)Trefeglwys
7) LD6 5HN (Lunch Stop)
I suggest that you input them each as a destination and select the next destination as you arrive at the selected one, as I tried itinary planning and it did not take me where I wanted to go..

Jim, I've found that the best software to use with Tomtom for itinerary planning is "Tyre" (http://www.tyre.tk/). It's a free download and works brilliantly.
