Love your sense of humour, Keith, we would love you & Jane to come, and you were right it was P & R for Party & Room, I have 8 more people to add to the list now, so I will have to ring them through to Wyboston Lakes tomorrow.

You are so lucky Mark , I only have one day off and that Christmas Day :(
 
I'm lucky I know Shelly, Michelle only has a day or two off as well. :(
 
We will be sending the deposits over to Wyboston Lakes at the weekend, so if anyone else is thinking of coming, we would love to have you join us partying the night away, please say so, as they still have spare places available:)

Hi guys, Caroline here.

I can't book that weekend off as someone else beat me to it (back in April would you believe!). I have requested it off instead but as there is only 1 other person to cover, and I've got the following week booked off, it's not guaranteed that I'll be off til the rota is finalised in October/November. Therefore we will stay as a "provisional" booking for now, and hope that there is space for 2 more should it be free nearer the time.
If not we'll just gate crash instead ;-)
 
Oh no! Caroline, that's such a shame.:arghh: just when we were thinking how easily everyone had slotted in.:depressed: We won't give up all hope though, perhaps you can wangle it later on. If not, would you be able to come, but not stay the night?

I will do my best, as I am covering other peoples leave later in December I am hoping they will be nice and cover this weekend for me. As soon as I know I will let You know! X

If not can't you pull a sickie , but I expect they know the date now so might be a bit hard to do that , :)
