It's a cowboys long coat
No Stacey, it's a. mop impregnated with waxes that you dust off your car with and the dirtier it gets the better it works. All show cars, street cars, street rods etc over here have one in the car somewhere. Even removes a lot of bugs from front end as long as they aren't gooey!! Five to ten minutes and your cars clean and shiny. You can google it to see them work. JIM
