With rain forecast from this afternoon we thought it best to get out this morning for a little top down drive to Chatsworth :coolsteer)

Stopped off at the Pavilion Cafe in Baslow - a new one for us but good location and great food so we will likely be back at some point

Collected the car from Sytner Sheffield earlier today after they completed the Vanos bolt recall so it's all ready to go for the Easter Weekend - all we need now is the weather

.....and yes before you ask I do put vinegar on my breakfast- don't knock it until you've tried it

Is that a potato waffle or something? Can't be breakfast if it's got spuds on the plate. But the dinner does look good though. 😛
Do you not have hash browns in Wales??o_O

I must admit the proliferation of this popular American breakfast food has reached concerning levels in cafes across the UK. Personally I don't see the need for it alongside toast but that doesn't stop it putting in an appearance.
I will have to add it to the list of items I currently request to be removed - the list currently includes black pudding and fresh tomatoes and now hash browns

Dont really get hash browns with breakfast here in Scotland its usually potato scones we have

The only hash browns I like are MCD's. Haven't had one in ages now I'm not put and about on the road in mornings

Now I do like a potato scone - The Yonderman in Buxton do something similar on their breakfasts but it's called an oatcake

Garrie talking about them led to the inevitable.
Was in Co op on way home from work for milk and bread thats where the tattie scones are so it would have been rude not to
