I'm debating selling my Merc and getting a mid 90's 320SL. There are loads around with full service history and around 80k to 100k miles for between £4k - £5k. I've 4 of them on my Ebay watch list at the mo

We had a blast up the Atlantic Highway from Indian Queens to Barnstaple yesterday afternoon but left the Zed in the garage. Had my Merc MOT'd and got it back yesterday morning. It failed on emissions but went through after a bit of tinkering. They recommended I give it a good run as it looks like my valve stem seals may be hardening due to age and little use.

This is a great road, plenty of twisties but there's always the chance you'll get stuck behind a tractor, a caravan or a livestock truck

Wouldn't mind if my stem got harder, going the other way with age and little use now.

To be fair Mark, the salmon was the best meal I've had to date. The service is rather hit and miss, been OK today tho.
