Dashboard Material/dressing product to use?

My 2001 M Roadster is Estoril blue with a blue and black interior which I love. The dash is blue with a black glovebox door and black over the instrument cluster. I don't recognize the material BMW used for the blue dash. I want to treat it with something, but I don't want it shiny. (I hate the ArmorAll shiny plastic look). Anyon know what material the dash is made of or what product to use? TIA
