It will not, you state 75mm? between the mounting pins, @Applied Thought want's one with 70cm between the mounting pins.
As I stated before, there are two types of Type2 wind deflector.

Good for you but you also said that your wind deflector should fit some one's car when it will not, we have seen this problem on here before, so, just to save you the headache, you have been given the information a couple of times already.

My car has a tinted perspex type velcroed to the roll bars, are the other types of deflector better e.g genuine BMW with pockets that fit over the roll hoops?

Having used both I would say the OEM mesh ones are better.
