I've completely torn my bicep ligament off so its no longer attached at all at the elbow so now complex surgery to reattach it 1 in 100000 may be i should do the lottery coming up trumps on this one !!Now what have you done ?. I was shifting some sheet flooring at home to floor a summer house.The boards weren't heavy move 3 out of the 5 but when i picked up number 4 had hold of 5 as well lifted and a lot of twanging went on as the tendon just shreaded a horrible sound and heard it more than i felt it although the sentation of snapping elastic bands proceded to be be the felt sentation and the arm just let go !! Not pleasant at all and gutted a real unfortunate accident
Bloody hell mate sounds awful. I've heard if this injury with weight trainers which I assume are/we're. I feel for you sounds terrible.

Ouch indeed! I got some mega pain killers here, you may need them!
It doesn't actually hurt too much if i don't use it.Its just if i catch it wrong.

Met up with @Jimmy Weston this morning at Donington Park services to collect the roll hoops. What a thoroughly nice chap! He was off to meet some of the others for a run around the Dales but unfortunately we couldn't go as we have other things on hence why were not cruising around the Cotswolds.
And if you haven't seen his car in the flesh it's a stunner. He told me it had done 90k. I was gob smacked, under the bonnet is like new!

Thanks grumpy a pleasure to meet u and Reggie and ure lovely lass, reggie looks awesome in the flesh photos do no justice sometime!I we did our cruise today, things didn't go quite to plan at the sprint circuit we went to ,but that's another post some time, but boy oh boy this place we went to was like a mini Nurburgring , every car old new modified etc blasting round was mega , and amazing weather, a few other z3 we spotted and waved to , and one spoke to and given a forum card , so a great day out pilling some miles on the clock
