Archived Anyone for Bedfordshire tea

Hi all, I am currently working in Bedford Mondays - Thursday but this is likely to be coming to an end in a few weeks.

As the clocks change this weekend and the nights are starting to get lighter, and there seems to be a few members from round here, I was wondering if anyone fancied an evening meet up, a pint or some tea (thats proper English for what you southerners call Dinner).

Would have to be on a Mon, Tues or Wed night before 15th April. I have no knowledge of anything/anywhere in the local area besides a warehouse and the hotel I am staying in so I am open to suggestions.

Have you thought about the Orange Tree PH in Hitchin I know it has a large car park.

Ahhhh see now thats always the issue - 2 Z's, = twice the maintenance... hopefully we will see you up and running again soon and then we can all sort out a more specific date for the Orange Tree

Hi, any Mon/Tues/Wed good for me. Some nice little country pubs about, Green Man Great Offley is well equiped. Orange tree Hitchin, tick too.Some nice places near Barton as well.

HI All. Ok I have been extended on the current contract until the end of May and so with a few people showing interest but not being able to do it just yet due to car trouble, SORN etc I push this out to May and will confirm some dates and the location (probably the PH mentioned) so that the weather will be better (top down) and hopefully get a nice turn out of cars.
