My holiday days are for Holidays. Thats the trouble with working. Mind i have a bonus this year due to moving jobs in July Company i am with at the moment Holidays run from Jan to Jan. New company runs April to April. Happy days 14 days with the old company and 16 days with the new one and dont lose money like you usually do when you move jobs

Just read whole of this thread, I know  a bit late :)
Anyway as most of you know we are known as the cruise tarts =)) a name given to us by………… can't remember who
We regularly travel up and down and across the country. Earliest start was 7am and anyone that knows me well knows I don't do mornings
If it's just too far then a cheap hotel/premier inn or similar is booked for the night before. I can honestly say the evening meals the nights before the cruises are great fun :beer A good way to really get to know your fellow zedders.
I'm sure @Tracy Dee if you put together a cruise locally to you, you would get a good group together, the key is to limit the numbers. We have never done a cruise in Hertfordshire so we would be up for that, date dependent.
Sorry @Mac Romans off on a tangent there, your idea sounds like fun so as @Mint has said definitely up for this :) date dependent :)

@Tracy Dee i know there is not much around Hertfordshire but could you not arrange a run around the Chiltern Hills and North Wessex Downs.
Just a thought

Hi Tracy I think the problem last time is it's a long way to come for a breakfast meet but I'm sure if you organize a cruise as well you'll get more responses. You know what the men are like they need a drive as well :)
Oops have I said that on the main forum should have saved that for the Ladies lounge =))

I dont even go to our local meet for a breakfast meet. If i can not drive the car for at least a couple of hours then there is to me no point getting it out and having to wash it again to get the brake dust off
