@billz - you may already know this but if you are using Dartford crossing en route to Folkestone there are no pay booths now. You are supposed to pay in advance. If you don't then they send you a bill for the fee and give you 3 weeks to pay - if no pay £70? fine. Neighbour of ours got one, fortunately they were back just in time to pay by phone and avoid fine.

Just done mine ready for Sunday. Only paid one way as it's free between 10pm and 6am. We should be crossing over around 4am. Paid for the return trip as it will be during day time hours. Good if you to think of us poor travellers tho mate! :cool::drinks:

Well just wiped the Zed down and suitcase is in, Headlight Deflectors and GB Badge fitted. Up at 5 for work till 12 then off at 1300.

Well we landed atvour first stop in France. Had a nightmare drive down to the chunnel. Took us 5hrs. Had a little issue when i jumped in the zed for the off. Plugged satnav in and did not work. Wasnt messing around so drove to Halfords and got them to check the fuse as it is not labelled on the fuse sheet. So if anyone wants to no its fuse number 5. I would of sorted it myself if i had the time but as i needed a new splitter i thought i may as well let them have the hassle amd bonus they did not charge me for it.
 
Dave we came down the A2/M2 then cut off down the back roads to get on M20 around Ashford. M20 is shut from junction 8 to 9 we just hit traffic everywhere
