A year in the making.... Update 22/1/18

Nice work mate, another step towards achieving a top notch zed .

Front brakes and braided hoses fitted today they have made a difference the car is far less laboured as the original drivers side caliper was binding .
Will get the car tracked up this week and hopefully thats the front rebuilt and all working as it should.

Braided hoses fitted well the old hoses where starting to perish so they where in need. Last few bits for the beam to get from BMW this week and then i can set about the rear end too
Wait till you get the rear refreshed, you’ll really enjoy driving it then. Such a transformation.

Are those measurements right?
I've no idea what the 'recommended' setting is, but 2.8 degrees of toe up front and 4.8 in the rear seems quite a lot...

At the rear, toe can be adjusted with the axle off the car. Both BMW and Powerflex supply an eccentric bush (Part 33329058822/PFR5-306G) which allows for some minor toe & camber adjustment. Doesn't look easy tho....

I'm taking it as a pinch of salt and im trusting the garage to be honest. The front is about dead centre of the green bar so i presume its ok it certainly feels it and the rear at the moment is all saggy and is out. Its with in the green bar again so as there is no stock adjustment its ok i suppose.
The rear beam and the arm bushes have all seen better days so i imagine it will be different when changed out.
I looked at the eccentric bushes but as you say a lot of work,ok if you have the kit and can align it all yourself but time comsuming i imagine.
The rear camber will get addressed alittle with the beam bushes and any gain is a bonus.

I checked my photo log of my own alignment earlier and at the time was running 1 degree of overall toe in the rear (not yet adjustable ;)) and 0.1 degrees in the front.
Camber was much the same as yourself tho at 1.5F/3.2R.

Additional toe-in front and rear will make the car more stable, but at the expense of tyre wear....
