No seriously, the tread pattern before it was smoothed down to a semi slicks/pair of corduroys!

I've been waiting and it was bound to happen, today it did. I thought only racing drivers used "slicks" and then only on a circuit. Err, no, this idiot uses them on the road, in winter, on a 2.0 TD Mondeo with 2 kiddy seats strapped to the back seat. When shown to him?, I'll get them done soon.:rage::rage::rage: w****** !!

Can you believe it?

Tony.

ps. Oh, and yesterday afternoon a wassock comes in at ten to four wanting us to fit A PAIR of pads to the O/S/R brake on his 2.0 TD ALFA. So when I get it on the ramp he fishes out a pair of pads from the deapths of his crap filled boot, which had previously been on the N/S/R brake but still had some life in them. He gets my T**T of the year award without doubt.=))

And I thought I was bad waiting for the tyre to get near to the wear bands in the summer on the weekly once over check of the car.

Illegal tyres, no insurance, that guy is a menace on the roads, where are the police when you need them?

Sitting in a Transit van watching computer screens Mike and as long as you're taxed, tested and Insured they won't be coming out in the rain. They even have to put up signs warning of their speed camera now.

Shame you don't have the powers to refuse a car back on the road with tyres like or the advisories are automatically relayed to the police data base so the owner can be tagged on the licence plate auto recognition system. What a toe rag though just hope his kiddies or some other innocent party has to pay the ultimate price for someone's tight arsidness.

Probably had no MoT and insurance anyway. I suspect threatening to inform the police would do no good. Telling social services however.....
Then again, I suspect the driver is known there too. Do everyone a favour - Just suggest someone with a truck to 'accidentally' reverse into the car as he drives off - What would this bloke do? He's not exactly going to call plod himself is he.
Maybe everyone on here should post the photos on FB mentioning a certain 2.0L Alpha driving around Lincoln.....

No Ian, the ALFA was a totally separate idiot.:) At least he departed with friction material meeting his disc instead of steel.

Misread the earlier post - sadly Mondeo's are far more common.
