Lovely, I have black diamond grooved disks and red stuff pads on the M, you will need to be gentle on the pedal, it will stop on a sixpence :thumbsup::thumbsup:

Good to know, wasn't sure about the decision but that gives me more confidence.

Well that went well.

And does it stop well, yet?

Tony.

Well its at least as good as the old ones so far, but not really given them a hard try yet, need to do a couple of hundred miles before putting them to the test.
But at least the vibration under braking has completely gone so that was the main aim of the game (as well as looking good )

Good news mate.

Tony.

I know it’s boring, but don’t forget to tell your insurance company, as it might reject your claim, if they don’t know about the brake up grade.

BTW nice job though

Update:
Now done about 1200 miles and observed the bedding in process and I can report that this is a really worthwhile change, it stops so quickly that I made myself feel sick a couple of times when testing it, I seriously thought I was going to find my eyeballs sitting on the dashboard, utterly incredible.

And more good news, the insurance company is quite happy with the change, with no additional premiums.
