Agree, if @Redline can shop that other car out of the pic.
That's a challenge because of where it is. Not much from that image you could use.
There is also a massive amount of noise in the image. It's likely to soften up a great deal when trying to remove that noise. Leaving like that isn't an option. It will stand out massively printed large on glossy paper.
Will see if anything can be done.

Ok folks - Calendar submissions for this year are now closed.

231 official entries this year - now the work starts! Going to be a tough task to get down to just 12 images plus the two cover shots.
A couple of members could do a calendar on their own, but sadly, we're trying to limit photos to one per person.

I will be chasing via PMs for original images over coming days. I will need files retiring to me as soon as possible due to time constraints. If I can't get the original image we may have to step on to another choice, so, please don't delay if asked.

Ian

Hi all, this is the final post on this thread before the final 14 are announced in the next day or so. Along with that announcement will be the links to pre-order the calendars. As in previous years we will be having 2 different formats, A3 Landscape and a slim wall planner.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - huge thanks to @Redline for taking time which he doesn't have from his diary to collate, edit and get the final selection of images ready to send to the printers. Without Ian, I'm not sure how good the calendar would be with just me in charge of the pictures.

I also want to say thank you for everyone who submitted a picture (or lots of pictures). Trawling through them all has been fun, although the selection process may have slightly broken Ian. We'd love to use all of them, but it comes down to 14 pictures (but we have found a way to use a lot more than we normally would)

The calendar is an awesome showcase for the forum, and there will be copies winging their way to BMW HQ and several other venues who we have built a good relationship with over the years. Will ship worldwide as usual, and expect to receive them mid December in plenty of time for the new year. Perfect xmas stocking fillers :)

Just a final message - Last year we increased the print run by something like 50% over the previous year. I hope we can get another increase again this year.
Am sure that everyone has enjoyed seeing some great images on their wall this year.
Get your orders in as soon as the shop opens and then feel the love for another whole year!
