The car appears to run fine but I agree, it's a good idea the check the diagnostics just in case they reveal an issue I'm not aware of. Bearing in mind it's one hell of a lot cheaper to change the Lambda sensors I'm almost certain to do that first.

As a rule, I usually use Shell V Power as I can get this from a nearby garage. I use Mobil 1 0w40 engine oil, usually changed every 4-5000 miles. The engine is absolutely standard.
