I'm quite sure that getting rid of some cars will reduce the local rat population. Why not take it further and get rid of every car in town, and make the rats get a bus to Asda instead. Simples. 
But THE LEADER has stopped bus subsisdery in Wales , and no new road north of "Head of the Valleys"
No new road buildings and 20 mph zones instead of 30mph. Got love living here
It will only spread.

We are having regeneration in the town- a seaside town- and they are taking away the parking to put up houses. The Local council don't want cars so dont want people parking in the town, but instead get a bus. We also have many surfers and fishermen visiting- arriving by Bus for them will be fun
That is a consideration. We already do dog home boarding, next looking after carsI am sure £25 a day to park on your drive is reasonable @bombur

Its only up north wales that road building has stopped , just look at the vast sums on the Head of the Valley road improvements.

I have a third of my team in North Wales so know well the Cardiff centralist bias. If I want to travel to Mid Wales or North by train, in most cases I have to leave wales to come back in . Its easier to travel to Scotland tbh! Also they scrapped the flights to Anglesey- yet want less roads and less Cars. You really couldn't make it up but Dripford seems to all the time

Over here in the US some state governments are wanting to tax you , per mile , that will keep people from driving as much as they do , good for keeping "climate change" under control they say. Alot of people believe its the people the government is wanting to keep "under control"

Before I retired my estimator, phoned me , to say he had a tender in for contact adjacent to me and could I have a quick look at the site.
