I have spent hours today adjusting, still not sure it is 100% it definitely isn't too low now and it is level on each side

From what you have said it sounds as if the adjustments were necessary to avoid metal to metal contact. Is the gap approx 6.4 mm?

Yeah I have measured each side and it is approx right, im not too happy about the front though. I can hear the wind as if there is a slight gap

Seems to be quite a bit of work to set up but I guess time well spent to prevent problems. I hope to tackle mine tomorrow if I can get my son to assist me. JIM

Sounds like your very close to the desired setting! It might be worth checking B Pillar alignment?

My luggage rack arrived today, fitted correctly I think @hard top ? :D

I've got a second set of chrome bolts and the surround now if you want to swap? :)
