1. I live in Los Angeles so I prefer to remain annonymous.
2. This is my car. 1998 2.8 Manual. I looked 6 months for this car and do not regret a dime spent.
3. I love Southern California and I love this car. I hope my photos express the joy and freedom we all feel driving this beautifully designedl vehicle.

Me

Work at Jaguar Land Rover designing Coil Springs in Suspension Systems Tuning, (don't ask me to tune your car, I leave that to Dynamics and Chassis Integration)
Born in Surrey but living up in Warwick now which I prefer as its a lovely place to live.
Always loved cars and I plan to always do all the work on my cars, its the only way you learn the fun stuff even when your doing in the freezing cold on the drive. The Zeds a great car to mess about with loads of working space.

Where's the pic of you? Faces to names and all that, not saying Macchu Pichu doesn't look incredible of course!

Seriously though, I wouldn't swap my missus for the world.
The pic was at the Averham Wings & Wheels. It is held at Rectory Farm on the A617 between Kelham Hall and Averham. It was started a couple of years ago by the farmer (Adrian Hutton) who is also a pilot. There is a grass airstrip that runs at the side of the Trent. The power station sponsors it so we get complimentary tickets. Charlie Brown does the final display in the Spit, managed to get behind the ropes for the pic as my nephew is with the Fire Brigade at Collingham and the Fire engine was also behind the ropes. Thinking about putting the Zed on show next year as it wouldn't have looked out of place with some of the motors that were there. I will put some pics on a separate thread in the aviation section for you Tony.

1) I'm born in a communist regime and educated as an automotive engineer and I've crossed the borders of my country, for the first time, in 1998 (just two years after my Zed was born in Spartanburg).

2) I was irreversible attracted by oldtimers and I restored my first car , a German two doors open car, IFA F8 1954 between 1983- 1986. Coincidence(?) it has the same short name as BMW Z3!

Our two boys, a bit intimated by my passion for motors, don’t share this hobby…

3) We love to travel (as the budget allowed) and to see all the great people and places in the world. In the last six years , since I got the Zed, he was our passport for Europe. And what a joy!...

None of all these above couldn't happen without the support from my better half, Florina, that I was so lucky to marry, 34 years ago, God bless her!
