Owner was offered £17000 by a dealer, Silverstone charge 17% + vat on top of that so my guess is a £20,000 reserve shame as I have registered as a bidder but too much for us :-(

I didn't disbelieve particularly, but there will always be the odd exceptional one come up and make a decent price. But nonetheless the prices of the ///M are definitely on the rise looking on the usual sales sites, which is a good thing!

Crazy prices! you can pick up a E46 M3 coupe or vert with a S54 engine for half the price.

edit: £17.5k for the car plus buyers premium, VAT etc.

An estoril m coupe sold for 36500 on the same site.
Had 57000 on the clock.

Not far off the new price!

The Z4Ms are also on the up. We could of got one for the price of our Z4 2 years ago with 30k on for 12k now with 50k the cheapest is 15k
