For my 1st post as a member of this forum, just a bit of info about a starting problem with my recently purchased E85 3.0 - It would start no problem, then another day for no apparent reason, refuse, no noise, no clicking, zilch, then come back an hour later and fine again! After searching various forums (including this one) a faulty starter motor was mentioned as a possible cause. Got this checked out and sure enough, the starter was sh****d, completely cracked,shot to pices and left me wondering how it had ever started! Anyway, my mechanic mate fitted a new AC Delco starter (no cheap ebay s*** he said!) and we're good to go, so many thanks to people like yourselves who offer good, friendly, helpful advice and save people like me very expensive diagnostic bills at main dealers. A big thanks guys!!
