This is a cracking build, I have so many questions. Did you use the same 6 speed gearbox, also are they custom engine mounts your using, did the manifolds clash with the steering rack at all ?

Last question I promise, have you gone stand alone ecu or have you integrated everything over to the N54 ecu ?

Gearbox bz53 from donor car, custom engine mount on right side only, between the monifold and steering rack plenty room.

Standalone msd81, engine is running, but no can communications due to different can protocols. Still working on it.

Did the Z4 transmission fit to the N54?
Have no idea, I bought n54 with gearbox and swapped all together, z4 transmition bz37 too weak for n54

What other mods are done to the engine…turbos, FMIC etc?
DI and HPFP deleted, Maxxecu ECU, Hybrid twins, custom FMIC, downpipes merged to single 3”, flex fuel sensor and tuned to run on blend from E5 up to E85, oil catch can, oil mosselman thermostat, 18 rows oil cooler, mishimoto cooling radiator

Ah OK..then those numbers are kind of what I'd expect..I'm running about 550 bhp crank on 99RON with TTE500/Wagner Eco3/VSRF charge pipes / decats inlets / VTT turbo outlets / Forge DVs / Mosselman / stock oil cooler / index 12 /walboro 435

For me it’s more that enough power , daily I run on 98RON and on track blend E60. As I know e89 is much heavier than e85
