This just popped up this morning on facebook.
Linked to carandclassic.
I'm positive I've seen it for sale before but it's one of the cheapest Ms I've seen for a while. With only 80k on the clock.

If anyone is looking.

That may well be gone quick to a dealer as it does indeed seem cheap if it all checks out.

To anyone interested act fast!

I don’t want to bash someone’s car publicly. If your interested in buying it,PM me.
As for the seller,
It was more that I asked multiple direct questions about for eg, if the boot floor had any issues past or present and I was told “not to my knowledge “
It took me around 12 seconds to remove an enormous amount from the boot to lift the carpet and the “Da Daaaa”!
I just can’t see that someone owns a car for 10 years and never once lifted the rear carpet, not once.
I have to say in defence of the (car) the welding had been done but I couldn’t see the quality due to MS 9320 or the like on it, but not done nicely.
Also I drove from Suffolk to Wales to see it, he is aware that I have restored Zds and extensively modified my own
Drivetrain, I sent him photos, but still he didn’t mention it.
Also when I arrived the car was Hot! Even when I was 14 I knew not to anything with valves if you didn’t start it cold,ha ha.
In fact it was at full temp and been run apparently for 20 minutes, what?
The strut brace was so hot I couldn’t lean on it,staggering.
Also the service that had just been (apparently been done at a BMW main dealership) randomly wasn’t stamped in the service book and no receipt could be found. Not that that made any difference to the outcome, they all go on merit and I have bought a full history M3 from a main dealer that was shot to s#!t but that’s another story.
Needless tosay I wasn’t instilled with huge levels of confidence and having a man hug with my new ZM brother!
The rest sort of went down hill from there, ha ha.
As for the car, she needs rescuing, bless her.

Oh and I didn’t drive it as I didn’t feel it was safe to do so despite being insured for it.

What a shame. I've heard of people just bare face lying to get people to go and view their cars in the hope a cheeky offer might come their way

I don’t know if he is a liar. He has, on paper, only done 7k in it in 10 years and as far as I know knows nothing about cars. He’s actually nice enough via WhatsApp.He doesn’t live in the UK.
It was the discrepancies that kept rising and rising and my inner voice was just saying “walk”.
One of us could turn it round no problem, even if it did smoke the garage on start up, it’s not the end of the world.
It certainly didn’t smoke when it was hot.
It’s up cheap, what would a buyer expect, just Chuck the man the keys and just let him get on with an honest sale,if he asks, be honest.
