Z3 radiator replacement with e36

Hi all,
My friend has an e36 M3 s52 with an aftermarket mishimoto radiator. Will that radiator fit on my z3m s52 without having to get a new fan shrouding or anything like that?

So the z3m fan shroud will have to be replaced with the e36 m3 radiator as well?

It's a more USA based Z3 Forum and the mishimoto radiator comes up in threads far more often than Zroadster.org
