Thanks for posting these!
Was great to meet you @ silverstone, unfortunately things didn't go to plan in race 2 & retired the car with high oil temp & low oil pressure warnings after 6 or 7 laps. A great shame as was involved in some epic battles with other cars in the same class.
Some investigation & repairs this weekend & hopefully she's back fighting fit for the BMW LIVE event at Oulton Pk on Saturday 31st.
When I get some time I'll post more details on the car (but not disclosing everything, you never know who's watching!) But there's plenty of race footage on the 750 Motor Club YouTube channel or search BMWCCR.

Does the dash console have to be there? I know it covers up loads of wiring and keeps things tidy, but I'd get rid of all the weight I could. Same goes for the heater under it if that's still there.

[edit] I zoomed in and could see that you have switches on the dash, so something needs to be there, and the dash isn't that heavy, so no great losses. It looks like you have a blower fan, but no heater, so lots of weight saving

Looks like fun. I'd love to have a proper look around it.

The dash binnacle needs to remain (as per regulations) but everything else has gone, including instrument cluster (using AIM logger / dash)
Heater matrix & box in situ, but modified to only clear the screen (a necessity when racing in wet weather as it steams up quickly)
If you can get to the BMW LIVE event at Oulton park on 31st it'll be there, along with quite a few others, & as there's the 'Ultimate BMW' race too, there should be a good selection of cars to view.
Last years grid walk was busy!

Unfortunately, I'll be in Scotland on a Z Run with a few other cars - otherwise I'd love to have popped along.

What are the other events this year?
