You're right. It's bordering on a sex change! Nothing wrong with that but not something most of us would consider.Sorry chaps I know you're all quite keen on kitcars but turning a BMW into a Mercedes is on the verge of blasphemy to me
Don't get me wrong, I like them but if I was going to do it, I would, as you say, have to change the doors and the roof line.The trouble with all these kits though is my eye is always drawn to the doors which just scream Z3 at me. And as hard top says the roof.
This needs proper merc metal hubcaps to look right.Nice, first kit I have seen that does not scream Z at you but there is no side shot with the roof up so this could be why.
As you say a Z3 nut would (or even an ex Z3 nut) but the car looks very nice.@Tim beard needs to show them how to do the door handles.
Only a Z3 nut works out his is a Z3 underneath:
