Found Z3 Door card clips (Black parts)

My doors were flapping around and found that the black parts glued on were missing

Does anyone have any or know where I can get them as can't find them anywhere. I have bought the white clips just need the black parts. I need 4

Does anyone have a door card that I could remove the black clips off I require? Condition is not important, neither is colour as only need the black clips.
