Hey Guys,
Quick question for my 2001 2.2i Auto,
So my one runs on a GM 5L40-E 5 speed auto trans my car only has genuine 60000kms on the clock.
Just want to check if it is normal, every time I slide down hill without the stepping on the brake the car will run pretty smooth with minor speed increases.
But if I step on the brake even for a little bit the transmission down shift and gives pretty strong speed down with rpm going up, I am aware this is engine brake operating but the strong drag from the trans had me worried.
Just curious if it is normal for the others having the same situation?
If not what could be the problem.
Thank you
