Hi guys, I've been offered a 3.0 Z4 which I'm really thinking about, so I'm advertising my 3 to see if there's any interest. Wrong time to sell I know but cant control that, if I buy the Z4, then I have nowhere to keep the Z3.
As you can see from photos, it's pretty tidy, has desirable wheels, rolltops, heated black leather, wind-deflector & also comes with a colour coded hardtop. It's done 98000 miles with full history. Last serviced in June 2019, where it had 2 oil changes to give it a good flush, also brake & clutch fluid changes. I had a look under the car & there are no oil leaks. I took it to France, Germany & lake Geneva in July, where it behaved 100%, using no oil or water. No obvious rust that I can see, only the tips of the outer sill covers - see photos. It is my car, registered to me, I have two remote keys & two leather wallet/holders that would have come with the car when new, plus various bills etc. As far as I know, it needs nothing right now, even tyres have loads of life left in them.
So what's it worth - in "normal" situations, with the hardtop, alloys, rolltops, probably at least £3000min. Thanks to Covid19, a bit less than that - it's a buyers market. Car is at GU11 - Surrey/Hants boarder.
MOT'ed last weekend - passed with no adviseres.
£2750 with hardtop, or £2200 without - or close offer, once you've seen it.
I can sell hardtop separately but only if top goes first (as it's worth more with fixing kit, that will have to be removed from car first) - does that make sense? It does in my head..
Thanks, Kev.
