For Sale Z3 1.9 for sale.

Sadly time has come I think to part with our z3. The wee car has been clinging onto its mot for the past few years, but this time I think it will need to much work for me. I have not had it in but can supply the reg number to anyone and they can look at last year's advisories. It's a silver 'T' plate 1.9 with electric windows and seats (leather). Still drives well but mot out and tax out at end of January. Strong engine, good gearbox, 80k miles ish, we have owned it for about 6 years I think but will have to look out papers. I will take some pics tomorrow. It's a bit rough looking, needs drivers side rear wing replaced/repaired?..might be better as a spares car, I'm not sure. Anyhow, offers? I have no idea what a spares z3 is worth, and neither am I trying to generate a bidding war. I know some on here break them and maybe that would be where it needs to be. My Mrs is breaking her heart about this but realistically first genuine offer can take it.

I don't think so is the answer to that. You can put your fingers through the back wing above sill area, I suspect it won't be clever underneath

Though what you have described may not be a fail as the rear quarter panel is not structural.

I agree with Stephen on this. The Advisories are do-able. The rear quarter is a bolt-on panel and isn’t structural so shouldn’t be a fail on the MOT @Biggbn For a small investment, you could keep your wee car. And get to sort the rear quarter over the next 12 months or so.

If I where closer I would take it at that price,but I also did a deal today on another one, sold the 2.8 and bought a 1.9 but it has some juicy bits

Sean is that the guy you were trying to get zed off of a while back but the wheels were the issue that prevented the deal being finalised.
