Yet another Nurburgring duplicate rumour...

This time in the good old US of A! This probably means it's got some likelyhood of happening.

Instead of just building a touristy model of the Nurburgring - like what Vegas did with the Eiffel Tower and Egyptian pyramids - Speedway plans on building an exact replica of every nook, cranny and hard right of the actual Nurburgring track. We assume the company is just planning on the building the more celebrated Nordschleife, but it may throw the Grand Prix Circuit in for good measure.

but it wont be the 'ring. yes for the masses of Americans who have and will never go to the reall 'ring they wont know the difference, but there will be aload of die hards who will say (with adanoids) ohhh the road surface, cracks etc wont be the same", etc. as you know someone will set a time in XXXX car that wil lbe faster than that car could do in the real 'ring, and the car war will start.

why not come up with their own 14.48mile 148 (or 147 depending on who to speak to) corner race track?

dont they do every thing better any way talking about the nurburgring. As any body got any plans on going there this year it would be good to get a few z3 s there some time in late may early june would be great *- over to you planners
