I thought it could have been my old 2.0 at first, that was V61 DME. That spoiler is similar to the one @Rha had on his Z3, don't think it's exactly the same one though. Suprised it doesn't catch the hardtop or roof when the boot is open.

Good spot, spoiler I don’t think is Z3 OEM or copy and is close, I like it. Here’s pics so you can compare.

This is the OEM copy from USA and the one spotted looks like it’s slightly higher to me.
