I thought it could have been my old 2.0 at first, that was V61 DME. That spoiler is similar to the one @Rha had on his Z3, don't think it's exactly the same one though. Suprised it doesn't catch the hardtop or roof when the boot is open.

This is the OEM copy from USA and the one spotted looks like it’s slightly higher to me.
