Hi guys ,, I know this question has possibly been asked a million times but I can’t seem to find a definitive answer ,, my 3.0 Z3 will be coming off the road over the winter ,, just looking for some advice on the best battery conditioner/trickle charger to invest in based on your own experiences ,, thank you for your feedback in advance

I have a C-TEK, a great bit of kit and you can leave it on forever, it'll just happily sit there topping up the battery with no issues.

Yeah I was looking at a CTEK (can’t remember the model number) and they seem to be very good so it’s probably going to be one of those ,, thanks again

I don't trickle charge. I keep mine running all year round. All weathers. Keeps everything working nicely.

I've found it really good for re-conditioning batteries for lawn tractors that have been idle from Oct to Mar each year! Will be putting the Zed on trickle if he is laid up for more than a month (hope not but I have to make room outside the house over Xmas / New Year!) .............

Yeah I’m lucky enough to be able to garage mine over the winter and just wanted to keep the battery in some sort of decent condition

I’ve got a fair few jobs that I want to do to mine over the winter (mainly underneath)
