For Sale is my wind deflector that I bought not too long after buying my zed but now have roll hoops have a perspex deflector.
This is a Oem pre facelift model one pins 750mm spacing.
Can be folded flat or it can sit behind the upper storage box to allow access.
In good condition .

£95 plus postage.

If so your ready to go

Don't think mine has those small holes. It has the larger ones I the top of the turret I think. Will check tomorrow when I go to where it is stored. Hope it does have them. Will come back to you.

It needs the fitting turrets underneath the plastics. Otherwise it is unusable unfortunately.

If it has the holes in the turrets as pictured above the brackets the deflector locks into will be there .

That's true, but most cars don't have them.

That's an unusual fitting; doesn't appear you can use the storage box with it fitted? My OEM 1997 wind deflector fits into mounts on the top of the turrets.

Before I fitted the hoops I had the same deflector as Steve is selling and it fitted the same way. It does stop you using the rear storage box but I never use it anyway. Just need to becareful as there is "type 1 and type 2", only difference being the distance between the mounting points.

Just to clear things up after the last 2 posts
Yes there is a type 1 and type 2.
Type 1 fits pre facelift 750 mm pin distance
Type 2 fits facelift 700 mm pin distance
( this is due to facelift having larger rear speakers)
The one I have for sale is a type 1 pre facelift 750 mm pin distance.

On the second point made these wind deflector have 3 possible positions to fit in
( I have only pictures of 2 as I could not find 1 in the 3 rd position)
Position 1 vertical behind seats
Position 2 folded back to lie flat.
Position 3 ( squeeze the 2 central pins ) and the whole deflector flips down and sits flat against the rear of the storage box to allow full unhindered access to it .

Richard are you still looking for a Type 1 wind deflector ?

I have one with part of the lower bracket(bit that goes into the turret) adrift, but working with a fabricator to make it workable.

cheers
