After 2 weeks Zedding in the South of France its left my Zed looking a bit worse for wear

I`m blaming the wife of course because after she`d got all her stuff in the boot there was no space left for the usual array of cleaning products,
Still great couple of weeks, good weather & excellent Zedding roads :coolsteer) .
If it ever stops raining long enough now we`re back i should get my p+j back to its former glory
Cheers Gary

We're dead envious, Gary. A fair exchange, a fortnight anywhere in France for some dust on the Zed!! A couple of days home, a raincoat and a sponge and you'll feel like you've never been! ;) :D

A few pics from the run to the south ( and the sunshine)

First glimpse of Millau

These roads really have been made for Zedding

Hi Gary

Where were you staying? It looks as is you were caught in the same Saharan rain that we were when we arrived in the Gorges de la de Dourbies (about 20 miles from Millau). Fortunately, I managed to get a wash mitt, a couple of microfibres, a bottle of Megs Ultimate Quick Wax (excellent product IMHO) and some tyre dressing, in the boot before the other half noticed - its got to be done.

I felt a bit of a clown when we arrived back in the UK on the 4th July, as I had to give the Crossfire a wash and get the dead flies off in the (welcome home) rain before it went for service and MoT on the 5th (passed with no advisories . . . . . yippee!) and I went into hospital on the 6th for surgery to damaged ligaments in my wrist. I'm now in plaster and there will potentially be no car cleaning activity for up to eight weeks.

Time to train the wife in the art of car cleaning, methinks!

That looks like normal road wear for Texas. Nothing a good soapy bath won't take care of.

How fast can you open her up on those nice wide highways? I'd love to get mine up to the limit but that wouldn't be a good idea around here.

We've been on a camping site in Milau a couple of years ago (as you have pictures of the bridge in Milau).
The region is great for driving.

German Autobahns are the place to open the car up, me and Maurice the Martian (Mozza), got up to 138mph (Mozza will claim higher), we went overnight to Spain same road, I was up to 90/100 MPH and was getting overtaken by 4x4's towing 24 foot caravans:woot:
