i knew you'd look :-^ .. :))

now iv got your attention :))
due to the garage being built in the back garden i need to know if i can get the M and the facelift up the side of the house without moving the fence..so...
are the facelift and the wide body the same width?
also is it the mirrors or the arches that are the widest point?

ps if anyone wants to come and see my back passage you will have to wait till the wife goes out....shes funny about things like that [-(

Hmmmm - now how best can this question be answered? x_x

- Why should we tell you how big ours are ?
- Can't you measure your own ?
- Suck it and see
- Never mind the quality, feel the width

Surely you didn't really expect a serious answer %-(

Width
1996-98: 66.6 in (1,692 mm)
1999-2002: 68.5 in (1,740 mm)
taken from wikipedia so might be wrong, but has never failed me before. Doesnt say if thats the arches or the mirrors but i'd guess at the mirrors.

You've got to be joking :-l
It's -5 degsC outside
I can't even find mine :ymdaydream:

But I can confirm the Owner's Manual says 1740mm for the facelift versions
Unfortunately it doesn't have one of those helpful diagrams indicating where the reference points are....
