And last but not least from about 2010 until last year my 350Z which had every mod going over my ownership Rear mount turbo's, itb's, air ride among other things and my 370Z which I owned for a couple of years

I'm not sure how many cars I've owned probably 40 Plus over the years but these ones were special for different reasons
so much fun, so much pleasure and so much pain this is the price I have paid for all of that playing with cars over the years

but I wouldn't change a thing

So what's on your list of cars you wish you still had

I've probably had more cars I wish I hadn't bought than ones I really miss, but some of those I loved were:
Ford Escort RS turbo
Peugeot 205GTI 1.9
Ford Capri mk3 2.0S
TVR Tasmin 350i
BMW 330d touring e46 model
Jaguar XFS 2.9d
Jaguar XK 5.0 convertible

But I'm also pretty happy with my current duo of BMW 330e touring and BMW Z4 30i, despite them both being 2litre 4 pot powered.

I miss my 90 spec XR3i. Beautiful red, big spotlights, red Cobra seats, etc

And the three Renault 25s I had, totally different car but so comfortable. I'll try and find some pictures.

Great cars back in the day, better looking than the VW Golf GTi, in my view
No we have to disagree there have you not seen the picture of my Gti
In fact I believe this disagreement mixed with alcohol and testosterone may have led to fisticuffs amongst the opposing factions in my youth AHH to be young and stupid again 🤣

I've had MANY cars and enjoyed most of them. Matra Bagheera, Opel Manta and, most recently, MB ML but the ONLY car I wish I still had was MB 380SLC (pillarless coupe. Aluminium V8).

I hope to have one again one day.

Hate to say it but I might even consider parting with my zed to make way for a nice one. (I'm sorry. Why did I say that. I'd have to knock the kitchen down. Build a bigger garage and live on BBQs for the rest of my life)

Yep, you’re trying to talk yourself into it aren’t you?;)

The Tasmin was a sensory overload. Every drive a very loud, very fast experience, with lots of attention and some girls phone numbers to boot. Never broke down while I had it, though a few bits came loose. When my girlfriend agreed to marry me, her first instruction was 'Get rid of that ridiculous car'.

@Duncodin the 230ce is the one car of the bunch that I wish that I still owned.

Don't really need talking in to it. I know a guy who has one in the corner of his shed where it's sat for over 20 years under a pile of boxes, old body panels and other trash. He knows I'm interested but I just need to pick the right time to whip a pile of 20's out of my pocket.

Sadly I no longer have photos of the car, so I thought that I would rip one from the net, just for the hell of it and found this one up for sale and it looks very similar to the car that I had :-

1989, Petrol, Automatic, 204.300 km, € 9.949

Ah. That's the 124 model. came directly after the 123. I had a 300 estate around same age as yours but it had been in a prang before I got it and they'd given it all newer facelift panels so it looked younger than it was. Yearless plate on it and everyone thought I'd bought a new one.
