Car enthusiasts always have a nice collection of cars. What do you have? Here are mine.

Rover 214 daily, that the wife runs. Almost mint condition with only 44,000 miles on the clock.

She also owns an E36 318i convertible.

I have a couple of projects.

An E21 which I bought last year for £750. Needs a lot of work but it runs.

Another project. A Ford Anglia van running a 2 litre zetec. 203bhp/tonne. Currently stripped and in storage.

Same as above I dont have the space for a car collection, my daily is a Merc e320cdi it is quite a flying machine. I used to have a Westfield which I sold and bought the Z3 , I do miss tinkering and upgrading the Westfield, my target was to get the weight to 400kg only got to 450kg after that it started getting expensive.

My wife has a E36 convertible also, 323i straight six. Full leather, fully auto roof, aircon, heated seats, OBC, cruise control. They are a great cruising car and (currently) much under radar.

Here are my current three. The 2.2 litre Z3 is the latest addition. The Dolly came from my brother-in-law after a 26 year lay up, and the MGB GT was built from a wreck by me about 10 - 12 years ago and now sports a 4 litre Range Rover V8, plus many other goodies. That is by far the quickest of the three.

Great blue threesome; must be a challenge keeping the touch up paints aligned to your cars:thumbsup:

What a lovely collection. My mate has been after a GT for a few years, and has finally secured one. It's a rubber bumper one, which was left in a garage for 20+ years. It needs a bit of work to re-commission, but he says it's got a lovely patina, so he's not going to re-paint it.

I got Z3 2.8 auto and Z3 2.8 manual and a Honda Accord. Jill has a pug 307 (I think) and an old Polo with 210k miles on it now. My 2.8 auto is currently sorned but all the others are on the road.

Ha! You aren't kidding. The Z3 is Estoril Blue which none of the aftermarket paint suppliers make, so BMW is about the only source, and it's pricey. The Triumph is Tahiti Blue, and the MGB is also a Triumph colour, Delft Blue. Both have been repainted so getting an exact match is nigh on impossible. I didn't intend to have all blue cars, it just happened that way. The MGB GT cost me £250 and the Triumph was free, Best not to ask what I have spent on them since. Our fourth car also appears on one of the photos - my wife's VW Touran, a very pleasant practical car, and it's not blue.

Dented and crusty Ford Ranger double cab. Great for camping and hauling the family about. Work was getting rid of the old vehicles and they gave it to me as a bonus for being away most of that year. Besides changing the clutch it hasn't cost hardly anything maintenance wise.

Had a lot of off road Jeeps in the past.
The only car I really miss is my old 1978 Fiat 124 Spider. It was blue with a tan top. Fantastic car until some old man in a Volvo ran a stop sign.

Used to spend a lot of time on my back under my cars, but now I'm old I prefer to do much less tinkering and more driving! So apart from the Z4 we just have a very capable , but relaxing E 250 .View attachment 132121

I had to sell most of my toys last year before little one arrived. The deal was I could turn the wife's Z3 into a track car :D

The daily I bought which I can count on one hand how many times I've driven.
