What type of fishing, if you have a van it must be carp as we need that much kit, oh love that van by the way Stevo
Just coarse fishing Sean, roach/bream etc.. And a bit of piking in the winter.

3 of us so the van takes everything.

And then of course it's handy when my friends want something moving, funny how you have so many friends when you have a van lol

That pic has got me scheming, thinking of a nice red ferrari on the side with nice Ferrari looking alloys, would be a giggle. But I wonder if there would be a copyright issue?

I used to be a coarse angler but gradually switched to carp and then became obsessed travelling France and Spain in persuit of the biggests lumps I could find, gave it all up when I met my current wife, I still enjoy a bit of winter piking though.

And I thought the Van was for taking back the catch!

On what's called the Torksey Arm Sean. Where the Fossdyke Canal meets the Trent. When the first winter floods come the silver fish congregate in the "Arm" and naturally the Pike follow for and easy feed. They'll stay in there all winter. My mate Ken is the White Swan's bailiff and I can get up to date info from him if/when you want. When I was still in the WS Angling Club very often in matches someone who was catching well would eventually get the attention of a big Pike (there was one particular angler who would retrieve a small silver fish very slowly in the hope of hooking and landing a big Pike if he was behind in a match, naughty really but it won him a few), it's these which migrate into the Arm during the winter months.
