Upgrade truths !!!

Ok this should be an interesting thread !

I'm sure many of the members on here are like me and not entirely truthful about the cost of their car upgrades ?

So what have you bought and played down the cost to you partner ?

I will start and bought an Eisennman exhaust for £700 and said it was £80 as it was ex stock !! And a set of AC Schnitzer roll hoops and said I swapped them for black ones !

Errr and the rest woody100. All mine pale in to insignificance in comparison to those worldies!!!!
I did once swap a Perspex wind deflector for a simota induction kit from you 'allegedly' despite me actually buying the kit from someone else entirely.
Bought the strong strut from America £100!! Oooppps really £360
Hardtop and fitting kit £400
Z3m mirrors just put them on and never told her!
My eisenmann was also £80 strangely
Basically everything I've ever sold has gone for mega money and everything I've ever bought was pretty much free (so she thinks)

Yeah we went through the green door earlier today too.

I did point out to Shirl that I have saved almost £300 in postage costs to the UK.

Nothing!! She knows everything, but she does get a shock occasionally. Mind you she has sometimes gone behind the tree line and found a few cars she didn't know I bought. We'll, maybe more than a few I guess. And then the fight starts!! JIM
