I have resisted putting the hard top back on until now. Finally it's just too cold in Tokyo. Will gummi the seals, remove my old soft top rear window ready for it's new replacement in spring, and take off the aerial both to prevent busting it off and to put on a new seal. Now I just need someone to give me a lift with the hardtop. Any volunteers?
